Ran 10.7 miles with the running group, as a progressive tempo run--20 minutes at a moderate pace, then 20 of a little harder, then 20 at goal pace (8 minute miles). Then we repeated that with 10 minute segments. Very fun!

When I got home, I ran 1.5 miles with Drew, about 11 minute average.

16 miles today--met Steve, Debbie and Michelle at Draper Park, and we ran about 2 miles together. Then Steve went to the do the Minuteman 5K, and Michelle and I did another 4 on Porter Rockwell Trail. Right as we came back we heard the gun go off, so I jumped in at the very end of the runners, and tried to just keep a 8 minute pace (goal marathon pace) for the 5K. It was really fun! Then I did 3 more miles after the race. It made me happy that I could hit my goal pace after I had already run 10 miles!
