Did my circuit weights, with three miles to warm-up, then 30 minutes of circuit weights and then three more slow miles.

My first two-a-day ever! Did too many miles in the morning (8.5), but they were slow. I did those with the running group. Then that evening Michelle, Cheryl  and I ran with Steve up the canyon. We did eight miles, with pick-ups. The downhill pickups felt great!
