Very slow again today! My tendons behind my knees worry me, and yesterday my shin was killing me. My husband gave them a good massage last night, and when I woke up they felt great. However, after I ran the tendons were bugging me again. Hopefully they will work there way out!

Cheris, I totally feel your pain. Be careful cuz that is where I was hurting before the SL Marathon and then it totally was messed up after. Hopefully it is just aches and pains from the high mileage and speed.

Thats the spot I get tight in alot. Good deep tissue massage and stretching! That downhill racing can definitely tightnen things up. Take care!
