Tried to do 8 miles with the running group, but only made it 7.5. I was actually going to quit at 2, but Debbie kept me going. My legs are just killing me after the downhill at Wasatch Back. Worse than a marathon!

Another slow run--my calves are still killing me!

I was planning to go 7, but my legs were still hurting so much I called it good after 2. Hopefully letting them rest a little more will help them get better. Very frustrating!

Felt much better today! I could finally run without pain! My calves were still feeling it on the downhill, though. But at least I can run the flats without hurting.

Ran with Steve, starting at Alta High and running through Draper to Bangerter and starting up that hill. Nice pace for most of the run, with some pick-ups at the end. The last mile back to Alta I tried 5K pace, which started out being 6:50, then went to about 7:20. Then we cooled down for another mile. It was really fun! Not too hot, lots of little hills, and great conversation!
