Met the speed group today, and did some relay repeats around the SJ cemetary and up and down the hill nearby. Michelle Nelson and I were on a team--very fun! I pushed myself pretty hard, but not totally all out (it just feels too close to the marathon!). It felt really good!

Hey, thanks for being my super speedy partner. It was a way fun workout. I remember doing those in '04 but it wasn't as fun cuz I was towards the back of the crew and felt like a turtle compared to everyone else. You did awesome. See ya Thursday.
