LOVED this workout!!! We met Steve at the track, and warmed up for 1.5 miles. Then we did a 200 fast, then recovered for 600. THEN, we did a mile at 5K pace, then recovered for 800.

Michelle and I paced ourselves on the mile, and we could pick it up on the last lap of each mile. That just felt great! Before at speed work, I would always start out fast, then fade on the last lap. So I was so happy! Then I felt great all day, even after a hard workout.

So I just loved this workout! Thanks Steve!

Looks like the higher mileage you're putting in is making a difference.
